No minimum stay is required.There is a 10% discount for a 7 nights or

High season rates Dec 16- April 14 are #190.00 a night plus applicable
taxes 20% if stay is for 28 days or longer.

	Our 1 Bedroom condo is air conditioned and has an old Hawaiian Aloha feeling with vintage Hawaiian decor, the tropical bedroom has a Queen Size memory foam bed including Egyptian cotton sheets.Listen to the waves of the ocean while you sleep. This unit was remodeled in 5-2008 with new kitchen and bathroom plus travertine floors in the living room The travertine tiled bathroom has a walk in shower with glass block. 	Our 2 bedroom 2 bath plus Den Sleeps 6 is air conditioned This Unit is decorated in the old Hawaiian traditional style. The kitchen, and furniture has recently been updated This unit has a living room, dining area kitchen and bathroom and a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a King size bed, The den is upstairs also which has a queen size futon. The Bathroom upstairs has a large shower. There are ocean views from the dining area and Lanai.
